Your Session and Location

With Seebaldt Art, you have the freedom to choose your photo shoot location, whether in our studio or another specific place your project requires. Please note that any extra costs, like permits for certain locations, will be your responsibility.

Photo shoot lengths vary based on your needs and how many images you want, ranging from 30 minutes to an hour.

For up to 3 professionally retouched images, consider our Mini Session. For 5 or more retouched images, a Standard Session is recommended.

Your Session and Location

Retouching

Soon after your photo shoot, you can choose which photos you would like us to retouch. We typically do not retouch every photo or provide all high-resolution images from the shoot. Retouching services are available for an extra fee.

You also have the option to buy all the high-resolution images. If you do, you can still use our retouching team or another lab of your choice for retouching. Additional costs for retouching may apply.

Hair, Makeup, and Clothing

HAIR

Your hair plays a crucial role in your appearance. Please arrive with your hair styled the way you prefer, aiming for your best hair day look. We might make minor adjustments during the shoot if necessary.

 

MAKEUP

For the best results, come photo-ready. High-quality makeup is crucial for achieving your ideal look and minimizing the need for extensive retouching, which also speeds up the final delivery. Please have your makeup done before arriving. If you're bringing a makeup artist, they should arrive one hour before the shoot starts. Any extra studio preparation time will need to be booked and paid for in advance.

 

CLOTHING

We suggest wearing your own clothes that you love and feel comfortable in. Comfort and confidence are key to great photo outcomes.

Seebaldt Art now requires all clients to pay a retainer when booking a session.** This retainer, which is half (50%) of the Session Fee, secures your chosen date, time, and duration for the session. All remaining Session Fee balances must be paid at least 2 days prior to the Session Date. If a session is canceled, a refund minus the Cancellation Fee may be issued. This Cancellation Fee is 25% of the Session Fee if the cancellation occurs within 3 days before the Session Date, and increases to 50% if the cancellation is within 2 days of the Session Date. All Package and À La Carte product purchases are final. We accept payments through cash, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Need special accommodations? Please inform us at least 7 days before the shoot so we have enough time to prepare for your session. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at support@seebaldtart.com.
